Donation History

The Donation History table shows every donation captured and received via the 10BuckOnly platform along with key information linked to it.

Use this table to look up specific donations and confirm that receipts have been issued.

For each donation you can see who gave, when they gave, how much was received, which project it was allocated to and whether a Section 18A certificate has been issued.

Search: Help you quickly find and navigate to specific donation records.

Export: Click 'Export' to download the current table and view as an Excel spreadsheet.

Section 18A Certificates

The "18A Certificate" column shows whether a Section 18A certificate has been issued for each donation.

NB: Use this column to quickly see which donations still require S18A certificates to be issued.

Actions

Using the action icons you may 'View' or 'Edit' a donation’s details or delete a donation that was captured in error.
