What is Unconfirmed Donors?

Unconfirmed Donors represent donors where unique identification fields (Email Address or ID/Business Registration Number) have not been completed as yet.

Search: Use the Search bar to find a donor by name or phone number or email address.

Open Donor: Click a donor’s name to open their details page where you can review their address and donation history.

Actions: From the Actions column you can 'Update Donor', create 'New Donations' and 'View Donor' details.
