Email Templates

This is where you manage your donor acknowledgement email templates that will be used to communicate with your donors. Each template includes the type of email (e.g. for general receipts or Section 18A certificates), template name, and subject line.

Receipts and Section 18A certificates generally require different messaging, so the templates are grouped accordingly. Preset templates are available for you to edit, or you can create new ones that match your organisation’s style and tone.
