How to Add a Submitting Entity

NB: If you are on the Accelerate or Thrive package, or have appointed us as your Submitting Entity on the Ignite package, you are not required to set up you organisation for IT3(d) as this will be done on your behalf.

Click the title 'My NPO' on the side menu, then select 'IT3(d)'.

Select the middle tile to open the "New Submitting Entity" page.

Who is the Submitting Entity:

This is your organisation/tax practitioner/individual that will be registered on SARS eFiling to submit the IT3(d) data to SARS.

Who is the Technical User?

This is the user who is authorised to perform the actual data file upload on eFiling for the submitting entity.

What is the Source Identifier?

This is a SARS issued security code issued to your PBO upon registration as a 3rd-party data provider. This field is mandatory for IT3(d) data files submitted by your organisation to SARS.
