Section 18A Receipt Report

Shows all Section 18A receipts issued, with receipt dates, donation amounts, and related details. The report can be filtered by period, project, province, and by receipt status - such as S18A receipts already issued, S18A receipts available to issue, and donations where S18A receipts cannot be issued due to missing donor information.

Filter

• Issued: this filters the report to show you all donations for which section 18A certificates have been issued.
• Not Issued: this filters the report to show you all donations that qualify to receive section 18A certificate but for which these have not been issued.
• Not Valid: this returns all donations received from donors with missing SARS required information to issue section 18A certificates.
• Select a period: returns donations that were made during the selected date range.
• Select projects: returns donations that were made to the selected projects.
• Select province: returns donations made by donors from selected provinces based on the donor address.
