Donor Retention Report

Measures the number of donors who gave during a selected Reference Period and also donated during the Follow-Up Period. This report helps assess donor loyalty and the effectiveness of ongoing engagement and stewardship efforts.

Filter

• Reference Period: select the period you want to analyse. Donors who gave during this time will form your retention base.
• Follow-up Period: select the future period to assess whether donors from the reference period donated again.
• Province: you can choose 1 or more provinces to view donors from the specific provinces.
