Donor History Report

Summarises each donor’s giving over time, by month or year. This report helps you identify donation trends, spot changes in giving behavior, and plan more timely and relevant donor engagement.

Filter

• History by: you have 2 options on how the report displays the donor history.
  • Monthly will display month on month total donations made by each donor during a selected calendar year under Select period.
  • Yearly will display year on year total donations made by each donor over the past 2- 5 years depending on the selected period under Select period.
• Select period: if History by is set to Monthly, you can choose the calendar year for which you would like to generate a report. If the History by is set to Yearly you have the option to generate the report for the Past 2 years, Past 3 years, Past 4 years or Past 5 years.
• Province: you can generate the report focusing on donors from a specific province by selecting one or more provinces.
• Projects: you can generate the report focusing on donations made to 1 or more projects.
