Subscription

10BucksOnly subscription is structured primarily around the number of receipts you can issue out to your donors.

Receipts: under subscription the term "receipts" refers to both Section 18A certificates and donation receipts.

There are 3 packages available:

1. Ignite: This is the entry package, you can issue up to 10 receipts a month. Perfect for small or emerging NPOs just starting with digital fundraising and compliance.
2. Accelerate: This is the mid-tier package, you can issue up to 75 receipts a month. Ideal for growing NPOs who need to scale receipts, manage more donors and streamline admin.
3. Thrive: This is the top-tier package, with unlimited receipts.

NB: Any unissued receipts will be carried forward to the next month, however this lapses on the last day of February each year, at which point the count resets to your package limit on the 1st of March.

If you issue more receipts than you have available for the month, you will be billed separately for the excess.

How to Change Your Subscription Package

Click the three dots located at the top right corner to manage your subscription.

Select Change Package to switch to a different plan, or

Apply Discount to add a coupon/discount to your subscription.

When you change a package, the changes will take effect in the next billing period.
