File Manager

The File Manager is where you upload and store the key documents linked to your NPO profile. For your organisation to become fully registered and active on 10BucksOnly you are required to provide the following documents:

1. Founding/Registration Documents: These documents (Memorandum of Incorporation, Trust Deed and Letter of Authority, or Constitution) are required as proof that your organisation is registered with either CIPC (Non-Profit Company) or Master of the High Court (Trust) or DSD (Non-Profit Organisation).
2. Proof of Address: Provide a document that is not older than 3 months to confirm your organisation's physical address.
3. Bank Confirmation Letter: Required to activate your Ozow Merchant Account in order to facilitate possible donations directly to your organisation.
4. PBO Certificate: Required in order for your organisation to issue Section 18A certificates.
5. Director/Trustee ID Documents: Provide copies of all the directors/trustees ID documents.
6. Ozow Merchant Form: You can download the form from the "Downloads" section. This is required for organisations that want to fundraise using the 10BucksOnly platform.
7. Customer Subscription Form: Download, complete and upload the subscription form.

NB: Use the "Downloads" section to download the required forms, then upload the completed and supporting documents using 'Upload New File'.

Categories

All the documents are necessary for your organisation to be fully registered and activated on the 10BucksOnly platform and have complete access to all the features.

There are 3 basic categories for the documents. These are listed on the top left panel. If you click the category it will filter the documents related to that category.

1. Section 18A: These are documents required for your organisation to issue Section 18A certificates via the platform.
2. Ozow: These are documents required for your organisation to fundraise using the 10BucksOnly platform. 10BuckOnly uses Ozow as a payment gateway and will facilitate the activation with Ozow on your behalf, allowing for possible donations to be made directly into your bank account.
3. Registration: These are the documents required for your organisation to be fully activated on 10BucksOnly and have complete access to all the features.
