What is Lapsed Donors?

These are donors who have NOT made any donations in the selected time period. The default period is set to the last 12 months.

The doughnut chart shows a representation of your Lapsed Donors vs total donors that have made donations.

The number inside the doughnut shows the number of Lapsed Donors.
